-We use the Mexican National Service Postal, the delivery time is 10 to 20 working days but sometimes the shipping takes more days, all depend of your national service postal.
-Occasionally it happens that a package takes a long time to arrive, HXIII does not have any kind of control in the logistics of the Postal Service.
-HXIII is run by one person, with job and family, reply to messages, ship the packages sometimes take awhile.
